AU1 112-1Essay 1:My three favorite dishes

         There is many tasty food in Taiwan,and each of them have their feature.

          One of my favorite food is "lu ro fan" which is  use braised rice with pork and soy sauce,that is extremely delicious,I used to love that because that was cheap,but now,its price is almost double!

          Another is stinky-tofu,I know it may be weird to someone who doesn't live in Taiwan,but it is not stinky,well,as a Taiwanese,it's sound unpersuadable,like Chinese tell you: "cat is delicious,come on,try it and you will love it" but stinky-tofu is a kind of bean and let it's juice unmelt to build an block,a flexible block,then fried it,souds kinda like some American food,right?I am not sure,but I do love that. 

         Last my favorite food is "Kuh Ja Shou Chao" it is a fry food,but is not fry like fried chips" it is like "fried rice".It has squid,triple meat,green onion,and "do kan",like dry tofu,and it tasty really delicious,I think you guys definitely love that.

       If you come to Taiwan and want to trythese dishes,they can be found at:street,regular night Market,and kuh Ja restaurants,that is it,enjoy your meal,and see you guys next time

My body is normal,no many disease,but also no something special. Actually,I think my body may have problem but I don't realize it,I often eat fast-food or some unhealthy food,and seldom eat vegetables,well,because I am a poor university freshman. I wish can be more healthy and sleep earlier,that may keeps my health above average,I guess. there is three ways to keep your health First,go to hospital check body every year,make sure you don't have any slow disease like cancer. Second,sleep early,eat more vegetables,and do more exercise,it is not only for your health,but also good for your mental health. Last but not least,give yourself a vacation,go to outside and cease your stress,mental health is also body health. After all,I think I may have some big disease after several years,so I will try to save my body by myself.
