AU1 112-1Essay 1:My three favorite dishes
There is many tasty food in Taiwan,and each of them have their feature. One of my favorite food is "lu ro fan" which is use braised rice with pork and soy sauce,that is extremely delicious,I used to love that because that was cheap,but now,its price is almost double! Another is stinky-tofu,I know it may be weird to someone who doesn't live in Taiwan,but it is not stinky,well,as a Taiwanese,it's sound unpersuadable,like Chinese tell you: "cat is delicious,come on,try it and you will love it" but stinky-tofu is a kind of bean and let it's juice unmelt to build an block,a flexible block,then fried it,souds kinda like some American food,right?I am not sure,but I do love that.
